We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Middle East Africa IT team. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of ERP systems, particularly SAP S / 4 HANA, and a deep knowledge of service processes. This role will be instrumental in driving digitalization within the Service domain.

Key Responsibilities :

Process Analysis : Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirement Gathering : Elicit, document, and validate functional requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Solution Design : Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement effective IT solutions that support Service operations.
Testing and Validation : Develop and perform test cases to ensure that implemented solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
Documentation : Build and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and process flow diagrams.
Collaborator Management : Effectively communicate with collaborators at all levels, encouraging positive relationships and addressing their concerns.
ERP Expertise : Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SAP S / 4 HANA, including its core modules and functionalities related to Service.
Operations : Offer and assist with user training as needed, encompassing root cause analysis, incident management, and process improvement

Skills Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Service Management, Customer Relationship Management, IT or a related field..

6 to 8 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in a Service domain.

Expertise in ERP systems, particularly SAP S / 4 HANA and C4S

Solid understanding of service processes, including customer service, field service, and service contract management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio).

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
