Job descriptionAddress queries from field representatives and doctors, ensuring strong customer relationships. Provide relevant scientific support to resolve complex queries effectively. Stay updated with the latest scientific developments, therapy area guidelines, and landmark trials. Provide technical support to marketing and sales teams, validating medical content for accuracy. Prepare prescribing information and organize CME kits, including PowerPoint presentations and key references. Conduct training sessions for new hires and refresher courses for medical representatives to disseminate medical knowledge effectively. Provide medical rationale for new product launches and suggest innovative dosage forms, indication expansions, and novel product ideas. Prepare and publish manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals, including original research and review articles. Education : M.Pharm in Pharmacology is mandatory. Experience : Minimum 1 years in a relevant role. Skills : Strong knowledge of medical and scientific concepts. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in preparing medical literature, presentations, and publications. Ability to collaborate across teams and maintain customer focus.
