"1. Responsible in understanding customer requirements and mechanical drawings, preparing the general arrangement drawing, Schematic, Single line, three line and Wiring Diagram.

2. Work with engineering peers as well as cross-functional personnel to ensure custom designs meet customer expectations

3. Ensure adherence to international standards such as ANSI, UL, IEEE, IEC for designing / drafting of electrical circuits and Knowledge of ANSI symbols

4. Application of standard industry drafting / modeling practices. Demonstrates proficiency with 2D CAD tools for electrical systems.

5. Responsible in understanding working principles of various LV / MV / MCC equipment like transformer, Circuit breaker, VFD, Soft Starter, relay, switches etc.

6.. Demonstrate Hands on experience with drafting tools such as AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical

7. Perform control / power cable sizing and component mounting in switchgear. Interprets Metering & modes of communication (communication protocols)

8. Provide input and feedback for continuous improvement of processes and systems
