Senior UI / UX Designer

Key Responsibilities :

Design Execution : Own the end-to-end design process for new features and enhancements on the VMock platform, from concept to final delivery.

User Research : Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user needs and improve experiences.

Concept & Wireframing : Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.

Visual Design : Deliver pixel-perfect, consistent, and visually engaging UI across web and mobile platforms.

Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on goals and deliver impactful solutions.

Design System Contribution : Maintain and evolve design components to ensure consistency across all digital products.

AI-Powered Design : Leverage modern AI design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Figma Make, Uizard, Miro, and Image generation tools) to accelerate workflows and enhance creativity.

Data-Driven Iteration : Use analytics and feedback to iterate on designs for better usability and performance.

Design QA : Collaborate with engineering during implementation to ensure usability standards are met and resolve design-related issues.

Advocacy : Promote user-centered design principles within cross-functional teams.

Skills & Qualifications :

4+ years of experience in UI / UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work.

Hands-on experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.

Proficiency in Figma (including Figma AI), Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI design tools such as Figma Make, Uizard, Miro , and Image generation tools.

Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility best practices.

Solid visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency.

Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions.

Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.

Experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment.

Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
