Job Summary :
We are seeking a CA Automic Workload Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing CA Automic solutions to automate enterprise workflows and ensure seamless job scheduling across systems. This role requires expertise in workload automation, scripting, and integration with enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Platform Management : Configure, maintain, and optimize the CA AutomicWorkload Automation platform to meet business needs.
- Workflow Automation : Design, implement, and manage automated workflows and job schedules across multiple systems and applications.
- Integration : Develop integrations between CA Automic and other enterprise systems using APIs, connectors, and scripting.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting : Monitor job execution, identify issues, and resolve errors to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Performance Optimization : Analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements, provide training, and ensure successful adoption of automation solutions.
- Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on CA Automicplatform enhancements and industry best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience : 6-8 years of experience working with CA Automic Workload Automation or similar platforms.Technical Skills : Proficiency in CA Automic configuration and administration.Strong knowledge of workload automation principles and job scheduling.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting).
Familiarity with APIs and integration frameworks.
Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
Soft Skills :Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
