Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position at Mansukhbhai Kothari National School, Kondhwa, Pune , for an IT Assistant (Hardware & Networking) . The position involves managing and maintaining the school’s IT infrastructure to ensure seamless and secure technology operations.

Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, printers, and networking equipment. The IT Assistant will provide timely technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure network reliability across the campus. The role also entails working closely with academic and administrative staff to provide effective IT solutions that align with the school’s technological goals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Technical Support and IT Infrastructure Management , with hands-on experience in hardware and networking

Strong Printer Support and Troubleshooting Skills for prompt resolution of system and peripheral issues

Excellent Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities to manage and resolve IT challenges efficiently

Effective Communication Skills to assist staff and explain technical concepts clearly

Knowledge of Operating Systems , LAN / WAN configuration , and network security management

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ , Network+ , or equivalent preferred

Prior experience in an educational institution or similar organizational environment is an advantage
