Job description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key member of the recruiting strategy team, driving the development and maintenance of required capability and talent pipelines.
  • Design and execute comprehensive global recruitment strategies for assigned functional and geographic areas.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job specification development, candidate sourcing, interviews, selection, and offer acceptance.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in recruiting operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and a seamless candidate experience.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments with hiring managers to define role requirements and establish clear communication strategies, including SLAs, feedback loops, and next steps.
  • Oversee job advertisement strategies to optimize visibility and attract top talent across digital platforms.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of sourcing channels and recruitment performance metrics, recommending data-driven improvements.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of global talent acquisition trends, best practices, and compliance standards.
  • Benchmark recruitment processes against industry standards to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Build and maintain strong talent networks and proactive candidate pipelines for key business areas.
  • Coach and mentor junior recruiters, providing guidance, training, and technical support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a corporate or global environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet SLAs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to identify and implement innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
