Collaborate with team members to strategize on ways to achieve business growth and reach company goals. Research and analyze market trends to inform strategic business decisions and customer acquisitions. Conduct client meetings to present tailored recruitment solutions and close deals effectively. Manage client contracts and be responsible for negotiations, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Contribute to the companys marketing efforts by participating in campaigns and utilizing CRM systems.
