About the Role : Talent Corner HR Services is seeking a skilled and result-driven Senior Recruiter to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, handling client requirements independently, and mentoring junior recruiters. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, excellent client interaction skills, and a proven track record of successful closures.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding).
  • Handle client requirements independently and maintain strong relationships.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple mandates within deadlines.
  • Guide and mentor junior recruiters in achieving hiring targets.
  • Maintain candidate database and ensure proper documentation.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
  • Participate in employer branding, campus drives, and recruitment initiatives.

Requirements :

  • Graduate in any discipline (HR / Business preferred).
  • 1 – 2 years of recruitment experience (consultancy / agency background preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Team handling or mentoring experience will be an added advantage.
