Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Fetal Medicine Consultant located in Bengaluru North. The role involves diagnosing and managing fetal health conditions, performing detailed ultrasounds and screenings, providing consultation and care for high-risk pregnancies, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. The consultant will also participate in patient education, ensuring expectant mothers are informed and supported, and contribute to ongoing training programs for medical professionals in the field of fetal medicine.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Fetal Medicine with additional expertise in associated areas like Cardiology and Emergency Medicine.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other medical professionals in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in training and educating healthcare personnel in fetal medicine practices and advancements.
• Professional qualifications such as an MD, MS, or equivalent specialty degrees in Fetal Medicine or Obstetrics are highly preferred.
• Commitment to compassionate patient care, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide personalized advice and support for expectant mothers.
• Prior experience in high-risk pregnancy management is a significant advantage.
