Hiring : General Manager – R&D
Baroda |
Ph.D. | 25+ years
We’re looking for a seasoned R&D leader to drive innovation, process optimization, and sustainability in the chlor-alkali industry (Caustic Soda, Chlorine, Hydrogen, etc.).
Key Focus Areas :
✨ Process & cost optimization
✨ Membrane electrolysis, brine purification & waste minimization
✨ New product & downstream development
✨ Sustainability : carbon capture, hydrogen valorization, waste-to-value
✨ Leadership of cross-functional R&D teams
Ideal Profile :
- ️ Ph.D. in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
- ️ 27+ years in R&D & process development
- ️ Strong expertise in chlorination, photo-chlorination, organic & inorganic chemistry
- ️ Proven innovation and patent contributions
