Role : nCino Salesforce Developer

Experience : 5+ Years

Location : Bangalore

Mode : Full Time / Hybrid (as applicable)

Notice Period : Immediate to 20 Days

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in the nCino platform and a strong background in the banking domain . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions that align with business requirements and enhance our banking operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce and nCino solutions.
  • Customize and configure nCino components to support lending, onboarding, and other banking processes.
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, LWC (Lightning Web Components), SOQL queries , and security models .
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Ensure system security and data integrity through robust configuration and coding practices.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and documentation of developed features.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Strong experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL, Security Model).
  • Hands-on experience with nCino configuration and customization.
  • Proven exposure to banking or financial services domain (preferably commercial or retail banking).
  • Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud , and integration concepts (REST / SOAP APIs) .
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Salesforce and / or nCino certifications are a plus.

    • Good to Have :

  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools for Salesforce (Copado, Gearset, etc.).
  • Experience with third-party integrations in banking ecosystems.
