Job Summary :
We are looking for a Process Trainer to join our team in Mysore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new hires and existing employees, ensuring they understand business processes, quality standards, and operational tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct training sessions for new joiners on processes, systems, and tools.
- Prepare training materials, manuals, and presentations.
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans.
- Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify training needs.
- Update training programs based on process changes or updates.
- Support coaching and mentoring initiatives to enhance team efficiency and performance.
- Maintain training records and reports for management review.
Mandatory Skills :
Minimum 1 year experience as a trainer in a BPO or similar environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to conduct classroom and virtual training sessionsProficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Good analytical and organizational skills
