Vice President - IT Infrastructure & Compliance

We are looking for a seasoned Technology Infrastructure leader to manage and transform mission-critical IT systems for a SEBI-regulated financial services organization.

Key Requirements :

• Data Centre Management : Hands-on experience managing in-house data centres (not just third-party hosting)
• SDN Expertise : Proven implementation with technologies like Cisco ACI / VMware NSX
• SEBI-Regulated Experience : Prior work in a SEBI-regulated entity is mandatory
• Experience : 15–20 years in IT Infrastructure, with progressive leadership roles
• Profile Stability : Minimum 4–5 years in recent roles, ideally with transformation project exposure
• BFSI Exposure : Strong background in banks, exchanges, NBFCs, depositories, or other financial institutions
• SEBI Compliance Knowledge : Deep understanding of SEBI’s IT & cybersecurity regulations and audit processes
• Education : B.E. (Computer Science / IT / Electronics preferred)
