Job description

Role : Test Centre Manager (Education Technology)

Location : Gurugram

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Management

Ensure the test centre opens and closes on time.
Organise daily test schedules and allocate resources appropriately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional testing environment.
Ensure all equipment (computers, cameras, biometric systems) is functioning.

Security & Compliance

Uphold strict exam security protocols.

Verify candidate identification and ensure rules are followed.

Monitor testing sessions for irregularities.

Staff Supervision

Recruit, train, and supervise Test Centre Administrators / Invigilators .

Create staff rotas and assign roles.

Must have- Exp with Team handling, Customer support, Problem resolution
