We are seeking a seasoned Operations Leader to spearhead internal business operations, ensure SOPs compliance, and foster collaboration across global teams.

Oversee end-to-end internal operations for IT services and staffing engagements.
Develop and implement SOPs and Process Excellence.
Drive process automation to enhance efficiency.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Technology, Delivery) to ensure seamless client service.
Conduct audits, risk assessments, and deliver executive-level reporting.

Requirements

A strong candidate will have :

10–20 years of leadership experience in IT services / staffing operations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Degree in CS / IT + MBA (preferred).

Global experience is mandatory.
