The role in a nutshell :

As a Salesforce Developer, you will design, build, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, leveraging tools like Flows, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. You&aposll collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, integrate Salesforce with external systems, and ensure high-quality development through testing and best practices.

How you will make a difference :

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), related applications and other Salesforce technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, admins, architects and project managers to gather and understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, process automation, reports and dashboards.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Participate in refining user stories, code reviews, perform unit testing, integration and functional testing; and follow best practices for development and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations and integrations.
• Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and departments as needed.
• Document technical solutions, processes, and development work for future reference.
