Role Description

This is a full-time & part - time on-site role for a Certified Skill Trainer located in Aruppukkottai. The Certified Skill Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, developing training materials, and engaging participants in a range of topics. The person in this role will focus on enhancing individuals' professional skills, conducting evaluations, and tailoring training approaches to meet the needs of participants.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Presentation Skills and Communication
• Expertise in Training & Development and Life Skills instruction
• Strong foundation in Soft Skills facilitation
• Ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of individuals
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in training or education fields preferred
• Experience in educational or corporate training environments is a plus
