Job descriptionDefine and manage IAM roles and policies for Glue users. Ensure secure access to data sources, Glue jobs, and the Data Catalog. Monitor Glue job usage and optimize configurations to minimize costs . Use usage profiles and job metrics to prevent over-provisioning. Ensure Glue jobs and data pipelines comply with organizational policies . Implement tagging strategies for cost tracking and auditing. Use AWS CloudWatch and Glue logs to monitor job performance. Troubleshoot failed jobs and resolve configuration or permission issues. Work with data engineers and analysts to ensure smooth operation of ETL pipelines. Provide support for job scheduling, debugging, and performance tuning.

- Set default, minimum, and maximum values to enforce resource usage policies
