- Responsibilities o Experience in Customer Service Module o Strong hands-on experience in developing CRM customizations, including plugins, workflows, and developing a model-driven app, Power apps & Power automate C#, custom web resources using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS;
- o Strong hands-on experience in Azure technologies like REST API, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps development is desirable o Strong Experience in Dynamics CRM configuration, Business Rules, Business Process Flows, security management, creating solutions, Fetch XML XRM Toolbox, and data migration techniques o Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM / 365 CE modules o Experience AGILE methodology and knowledge of GitHub tool. o Good Communication Skills;
Should be a team playerskills Required : MS Dynamics 365 C#Skills Preferred : Agile Logic apps Experience
