Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in developing motion graphics and visual content corporate learning or relevant field A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphics, animations, and graphic design projects that demonstrate creative problem-solving and technical proficiency. Experience collaborating with stakeholders on content development projects.
Role Description :
To independently design and develop engaging graphics, illustrations, and motion graphics content that enhances corporate learning experiences for clients. This role involves applying diverse creative techniques, collaborating effectively with stakeholders and managing individual visual design tasks to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Independently design and develop high-quality static graphics, illustrations, and motion graphics content for various client learning projects.
- Translate complex learning content into clear, visually appealing, and engaging assets, animations, and videos.
- Apply a range of creative design solutions and graphic / animation techniques to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams to understand visual communication needs and integrate graphics and motion graphics seamlessly.
- Manage individual visual design and motion graphics tasks and adhere to project schedules and timelines for client deliverables.
- Ensure all visual content maintains a consistent brand identity and adheres to client-specific style guides.
- Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients efficiently to refine and improve visual and animated content.
