Job description

Workday Financial Consultant

Must-Have

  • Hands-on Workday Financials (GL + AR / AP / Banking / Revenue / Assets)
  • SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Dynamics-only profiles will not be considered

You’ll join the program in its final phase, working on :

  • End-to-end testing and UAT
  • Mock migration & GL / Subledger reconciliation
  • User enablement & cutover rehearsal
  • Post go-live hypercare
  • (2 roles will transition into steady-state L3 / L2 support)

    • Mid (3–5 yrs) :

  • Workday Financials across ≥3 domains (GL + at least two of AR / AP / Banking / Revenue / Assets)
  • Proven design + ownership in E2E / UAT
  • Practical accounting knowledge (posting logic, close cadence, revenue recognition)
  • Tools : Jira, Confluence, Excel
