Job Title : ServiceNow Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow engineer to design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform for our client in Dubai. This contract role will have an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and Implement Solutions : Develop and implement ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules (e.g., Incident Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery) that meet business requirements.
• ServiceNow Service Portal : Custom widget development, UI policies, and portal configuration to enhance user experience.
• IT Service Management (ITSM) : Manage incident, problem, change, request, and knowledge management modules to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Integrations : Integrate third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs, MID Server configurations, and third-party tool integrations.
• IT Infrastructure Management (ITIM) : Manage CMDB, discovery, and asset management to optimize IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and module development. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.
