Human Resource Executive - (LY-HR05)

We're looking for a HR Executive with hands-on experience who enjoys building culture, strengthening processes, and supporting creative teams as they grow.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume shortlisting, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Drive seamless onboarding and induction experiences for new joiners.
• Maintain and update candidate and hiring data on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  
  

Employee Engagement and Culture

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Manage team recognition programs such as work anniversaries, rewards, and appreciation initiatives.
• Coordinate team-building activities, celebrations, and internal cultural events.
  
  

Payroll and HR Operations

• Coordinate monthly payroll processing in collaboration with finance or payroll vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely payouts.
• Maintain employee records related to compensation, attendance, leaves, and statutory compliance.
• Assist in preparing HR reports related to attendance, attrition, payroll, and people metrics.
• Support data collection and reporting for internal HR reviews and audits.
  
  

Administrative and HR Support

• Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, maintaining HR documentation, and organizing employee records.
• Assist in planning and executing company-wide events, celebrations, and internal HR initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of HR processes, payroll basics, and labour laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with HR systems/software.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Comfortable interacting with employees across levels and facilitating small group discussions.
