Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive sales of residential and / or commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the property market, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales. This role requires managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to

closing deals, while providing a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for assigned real estate projects, including site

visits, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Generate leads through various online and offline channels, real estate agents, channel
  • partners, and marketing campaigns.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure
  • repeat and referral business.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and
  • events to drive sales.

  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with all client interactions and pipeline activities.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and processing of bookings and post-sales
  • requirements.

  • Collaborate with the customer service, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth
  • handovers and customer satisfaction.

  • Train and guide junior sales executives or team members, if applicable.
  • Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA
  • preferred).

  • 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with a developer or real estate
  • brokerage.

  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, pricing strategies, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
