Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and configuration of Salesforce solutions under the guidance of senior developers.
  • Support the implementation of Agentforce-based intelligent workflows and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
  • Participate in the development of custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Help integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
  • Contribute to testing, debugging, and documentation of developed features.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation for assigned modules.
  • Attend workshops and team meetings to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices as defined by the technical lead.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Exposure to Agentforce or similar agentic AI frameworks is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and LWC development.
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model and security concepts.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies like Einstein AI and Data Cloud.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred.
  • Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and agile development practices.
