Financial Planning Lead

Job descriptionSupervise day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and GL functions. Ensure timely reconciliations and accurate financial record-keeping. Manage statutory and internal audits , coordinating with external auditors. Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting and tax standards. Monitor daily cash flow and working capital requirements. Prepare and review bank reconciliations. Liaise with banks for financing, loan management, and treasury operations. Identify opportunities to enhance financial systems, processes, and controls. Support ERP and system implementation (experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision preferred). Work closely with departments such as Procurement, Operations, and HR . Mentor and guide junior finance team members. Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory Experience : Minimum 6 years in finance, accounting, or audit roles Strong knowledge of financial regulations, IND AS, GST, and Direct Taxation Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Dynamics Navision (or similar ERP) Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines CTC : Up to ₹22 LPA (Based on experience and expertise)

Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Finance to oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance activities at our Mahipalpur, Delhi location. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong analytical skills, deep understanding of accounting standards, and proven expertise in financial planning, audits, and cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Prepare projected financials, cash flows, and management reports (AOPs, MIS, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to IND AS, GST, and Direct Tax regulations.
