Striim is looking for a passionate, driven, and customer-focused Solutions Engineer to join our team in India.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner to a portfolio of our most important enterprise customers.

You will be the primary technical point of contact as well as responsible for ensuring adoption, technical alignment, and driving long-term value from customer investment in our real-time data integration platform.

This is a highly technical, customer-facing role that requires a deep understanding of our product, the customer's technical environment, and the broader data integration landscape.

You will work closely with the Account Executive (AE) to provide a unified and comprehensive customer experience.

Responsibilities :

Customer Technical Partnership :

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key technical stakeholders at customer accounts, including developers, engineers, and architects.
• Act as the voice of the technical customer within Striim, ensuring their feedback on product features and technical challenges is heard.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their technical objectives, architecture, and evolving data integration requirements.
