Contract : 6 months (with potential 12-month extension based on performance)

Client : A leading multinational telecommunications company (name disclosed at interview)

Overview :

As the Senior Internationalization Leader, you will drive Client’s i18n strategy, ensuring products are built for global readiness from day one.

Responsibilities :

Lead internationalization strategy across product lines.

Define and enforce i18n best practices in development.

Partner with engineering teams to resolve i18n issues early.

Mentor localization and engineering teams on i18n practices.

Qualifications :

Proven i18n and l10n expertise : Experience leading internationalization efforts across multiple product lines.

Technical proficiency : Strong understanding of i18n tools, programming languages, and frameworks (e.g., Unicode, Java, Python, or similar).

Leadership & mentorship : Skilled at guiding teams on i18n best practices and resolving issues early in the development process.

Effective communicator : Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate global readiness requirements clearly.
