Job Description Senior RPA Developer (Power Automate & UiPath)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect / Senior RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate 80% and UiPath 20%. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing testing and deploying scalable automation solutions to streamline business processes improve efficiency and support our digital transformation initiatives.

The role requires a blend of technical excellence problem-solving abilities and the capability to mentor junior developers while collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Design & Development

oAnalyze business requirements and identify opportunities for automation.

oDesign develop and implement robust RPA solutions using Power Automate and UiPath .

oEnsure solutions follow best practices scalability security and compliance standards.

oIntegrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems APIs and databases.

Project Execution & Delivery

oLead end-to-end automation lifecycle : requirements gathering solution design development testing deployment and support.

oWork closely with business analysts process owners and IT teams to align solutions with business goals.

oDevelop reusable automation components templates and frameworks.

Governance & Standards

oFollow organizational RPA governance coding standards and documentation practices.

oConduct peer reviews and ensure quality assurance across automation deliverables.

oContribute to establishing and refining best practices for automation development.

Support & Maintenance

oProvide production support and troubleshoot issues in deployed automations.

oMonitor bots manage exceptions and optimize existing automations for performance improvements.

Collaboration & Mentoring

oMentor and guide junior developers on RPA tools and techniques.

oCollaborate with architecture teams to evaluate emerging automation technologies.

oSupport knowledge-sharing and training sessions across teams.

Required Qualifications

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience :

oMinimum 8 years of experience in RPA development and delivery.

oHands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows Desktop Flows Connectors)

oProficiency in UiPath (Studio Orchestrator REFramework).

oStrong knowledge of workflow automation process mapping and optimization.

oSolid experience with SQL APIs and integrations.

oFamiliarity with scripting languages such as C# Python or PowerShell.

Certifications (Preferred) :

oMicrosoft Power Automate or Power Platform certifications.

oUiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD).

Soft Skills

Strong analytical problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
