Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in IT service sales or a strong interest in building a career in business development. Candidates should have good communication skills, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to support senior executives in achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in web, mobile, AI / ML, and blockchain services
• Support senior team members in lead qualification, follow-ups, and client communication
• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely responses to inquiries
• Conduct research on potential clients, markets, and competitors
• Regularly update CRM systems with outreach activities and lead status
• Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams for proposals and presentations
