Job descriptionDesign, deploy, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. Manage and optimise Kubernetes workloads (EKS / AKS), including scaling, reliability, Own GitOps-based deployments using tools like ArgoCD, Flux, Helm and cloud-native Build, maintain, and extend our open-source observability stack (Prometheus, Embed DevSecOps practices into every stage of the pipeline - security scanning, IAM Drive Cloud FinOps, including cost visibility, anomaly analysis, and resource rightsizing. Automate everything possible - author scripts and tools in Python / Go / Bash to eliminate Own production incidents end-to-end : debug, remediate, and prevent recurrence. Work closely with engineering, product, and AI teams to ensure high reliability and Play a key role in shaping processes, culture, and technical architecture. 5-7 years of strong hands-on experience in DevOps / SRE roles. Deep expertise in AWS and Azure services, cloud networking, IAM, security, and Strong command over Kubernetes, container runtimes, service meshes, autoscaling, Solid understanding of SaaS architecture, AI security, API security, and zero-trust Proven experience implementing GitOps workflows and cloud-native CI / CD pipelines. Hands-on with FinOps, cloud cost governance, and resource optimisation. Proficient in at least one programming / scripting language (Python / Go / Bash). Experience working in startups or high-pressure environments with ownership Strong debugging skills - you're someone who rolls up their sleeves and fixes production Excellent communication and documentation skills.
