Position Title : AI Security Lead

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic AI Security Lead to establish and govern security best practices across our AI, Data, and Digital portfolios. This role involves building the AI security foundation for the organization, defining frameworks, ensuring compliance, and guiding the secure design and deployment of AI products. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of how AI solutions are built, from experimentation to production, and be able to lead a small, cross-functional team to operationalize AI security across business units.

What You Will Do

• Build and Lead AI Security Function : Design and implement the organization’s AI security strategy, governance model, and operational practices.
• Secure AI Product Lifecycle : Ensure security controls and compliance throughout the AI solution lifecycle—from model development, data handling, deployment, and monitoring to production support.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with Data, Digital, and Infrastructure Security teams to embed AI security within broader enterprise security frameworks.
• Governance & Compliance : Define policies to address the ethical, legal, and regulatory aspects of AI solutions, ensuring responsible AI deployment.
• AI Risk & Insurance : Evaluate and establish AI insurance mechanisms to safeguard organizational interests against AI-related risks.
• Security Best Practices : Develop and socialize secure development and operational practices for AI and ML systems.
• Leadership : Mentor a small, high-performing horizontal team, influencing security posture across business units.

Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with product and engineering leaders to proactively identify and mitigate AI specific threats.
