Role & Responsibilities
- Acquire new salary accounts and cross-sell third-party products (TPPs) within the assigned portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with department heads and key contact points at the corporate level.
- Deepen engagement within empaneled corporate relationships—both through individual efforts and by managing Account Managers reporting to the KAM (Key Account Manager).
- Ensure consistent salary credit inflows in all salary accounts sourced.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for salary accounts and third-party product sales.
- Drive corporate account activation and ongoing engagement to increase portfolio value.
