Manager - Accounts Payable (CWA / CA Qualified)

Work Location : Beliciaa Towers, MRC Nagar, RA Puram, Chennai

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for Accounts payable process, fixed assets accounting and monthly books closure.

Manage invoice Processing & payments process.

Manage Banking Relationships & Cash forecast.

Monitoring budgets and variance analysis.

Validation of audit schedules, vendor reconciliation / confirmation, fixed asset physical verification.

Reporting to management and stakeholders and providing insights for cost control.

Effective people management and development.

Process improvements and automation

Support Internal / Statutory Audit.

Skill and Competencies

Well versed with Accounting standards, MS Excel & modelling

Good presentation and communication skills to deal with top management

Analytical skills to present insights to management on the business

Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and task orientation

Ability to run the automation agenda for a finance function

Well versed with dealing with accounting packages such as Oracle / SAP

Education and Experience

CWA / CA with minimum 2 yrs of post qualification experience in Accounts payable management & overall 5 years of relevant work experience.
