Role Overview :

The Consultant / Mentor will play a strategic advisory role, helping us refine our growth roadmap, operational excellence, technology direction, and business development strategies . This position is ideal for a senior industry expert who has successfully led automation or manufacturing operations and now wishes to contribute their experience toward building the next-level success story of a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Guidance : Advise leadership on company growth strategy, business scalability, and process improvement.
Operational Excellence : Identify areas to improve productivity, workflow, and project delivery efficiency.
Mentorship : Coach and mentor mid-level and senior engineers in technical excellence, project planning, and customer handling.
Market Expansion : Guide management in exploring new market segments, strategic partnerships, and diversification opportunities.
Organizational Development : Provide insights on team structuring, skill development, and best practices in industrial leadership.
Quality & Compliance : Ensure processes align with global industrial standards and customer expectations.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Retired professional from manufacturing, process, or industrial automation sector .

25+ years of experience in plant automation, production, or engineering management.

Proven experience in scaling operations, managing large teams, or leading business transformation initiatives .

Deep understanding of automation technologies, robotics, Industry 4.0, and lean manufacturing .

Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.

Strategic mindset with the ability to connect technical expertise with business objectives.
