Position : Process Analyst - Title Operations

Location : Satguru Parinay, Vijay Nagar, Indore (M.P)

Shift : Regular US Shift (5 : 30PM IST to 2 : 30AM IST) (Timings may vary)

Work Type : Work from Office

Experience : 1 Year (In Corporate Office)

About the Role :

Responsible for coordinating multiple clients over phone and emails. This role will collect all invoices and enter in the system, communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, and ensure that all paperwork is complete and accurate.

As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties :

1) Prepare and review statements

2) Data entry of all fees

3) Go thru a checklist to obtain all items thru emails and phone calls

4) Balance statement with all parties to the transaction.

5) Responsible for accurate data entry

6) Identify and resolve any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the process.

7) Schedule Closing

• 8) Ordering payoff;
• 9) Preparing the HUD-1 / Settlement Statement;

10) Orchestrating closings for sales,

8) Good Computer and Typing Skills.

9) Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements :

1) Bachelor’s degree with Accounting Background preferred or equivalent work experience.

2) Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

3) Ability to Answer and make phone calls with high English Proficiency is a MUST

4) Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest, commissions.

5) Must have Analytical Mindset and be highly organized

6) Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

7) High-level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.

8) At above market Remuneration based on experience

9) MINIMUM 1 year of experience

Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of experience in a corporate office.
