About us

program will pair a mentor and mentee on the basis of latter’s predilection

towards a discipline and subfield of interest, and the former’s academic

expertise. The mentor and mentee – inclined towards a common goal of a novel

research output.

About the position

Critical to the program administration and research quality, the Academic

director wishes to recruit research assistants in the newly formed and evolving

Program.

• Qualification : A Master's degree in STEM or related fields from a renowned institute.
• Experience : Prior research experience in the form of supervised thesis / research papers / projects. Conference participation and paper presentation. Published works are a bonus.
• Interest in teaching high school students about research.

Roles and responsibilities : As a research assistant one is required to assist mentors in guiding the students, expected to develop learning materials and resources, look into administrative needs and work on one or more independent research projects relevant to their field.
