Tourism Business Manager

Job Title : Tourism Business Manager

Salary : 35k per month + commissions (15-20k per month)

Reporting To : CEO

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage relationships with travel agents, hotel concierges, tour operators , and other tourism partners.
• Oversee and coordinate daily tour operations , including scheduling, logistics, and guest experiences.
• Manage partnerships with external vendors and transport agents to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive marketing efforts to promote SJ Studios’ tourism offerings through B2B and B2C channels .
• Create and implement strategies to increase visitor footfall and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment and operational efficiency.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and tourism opportunities to identify new business avenues.
