Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Director based in Mumbai. The Assistant Director will manage daily projects, support the Director in coordinating and overseeing production activities, and ensure smooth workflows. Responsibilities also include scheduling, supervising on-set operations, collaborating with creative teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of visual media projects. The role may also involve quality control and problem-solving to maintain high production standards.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, scheduling, and team management skills
• Experience in directing and supervising production operations
• Understanding of 2D and 3D Animation, and expertise in visual storytelling
• Proficiency in video editing and post-production processes
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams
• Knowledge of the media industry, including Ad-Films, Corporate Films, and TVCs
• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred
