Job Summary :

Looking for an experienced SAP Scrum Master to lead agile delivery for SAP programs with strong focus on RICEFW developments and system integrations . The role demands end-to-end delivery ownership, stakeholder engagement, and driving high-performing agile teams within a complex SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead all Scrum ceremonies and ensure agile best practices are followed.
• Manage SAP RICEFW deliverables and custom development sprints.
• Coordinate integration activities between SAP and external systems.
• Partner with Product Owners and Technical Leads to align priorities and manage dependencies.
• Track sprint performance, manage impediments, and ensure timely delivery.
• Coach teams on agile mindset and continuous improvement.

Required Skills :

Certifications : CSM / PMI-ACP / SAFe preferred.
