Primary Responsibilities :

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy
• Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility
• Lead product discovery efforts through market research, customer feedback, and data analysis
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics and iterate based on insights
• Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs throughout the product lifecycle
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product management best practices
• AI User Responsibilities :

Leverage approved AI tools to streamline routine tasks and improve workflow efficiency

Deliver the project with multiple scrum teams, following the high standards of agile

Responsible for creating high performing team to deliver the Product features and functionalities
