Primary Responsibilities :
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy
- Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility
- Lead product discovery efforts through market research, customer feedback, and data analysis
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics and iterate based on insights
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs throughout the product lifecycle
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product management best practices

Leverage approved AI tools to streamline routine tasks and improve workflow efficiency
Apply AI-driven insights to support data-informed decision-making across functional areasIdentify opportunities to embed AI into existing processes to enhance productivity and reduce manual effortCollaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and scale AI solutions aligned with business goalsMaintain awareness of ethical considerations and responsible use of AI technologiesProvide feedback on AI tool performance and usability to support continuous improvementStay current on emerging AI capabilities and recommend relevant applications within the roleEnsure compliance with organizational policies and data governance when using AI toolsTrain peers or team members on effective use of AI tools and share best practicesMonitor and evaluate the impact of AI integration on key performance indicatorsDelivery, Agile, ReportingDeliver the project with multiple scrum teams, following the high standards of agile

Bachelor's degree from recognized University14+ years of total IT experience8+ years of Product Management experience4+ years of Provider Management Domain ExpertiseHands-on experience in the Ai toolsGood experience in the public health (Eligibility / Enrollment)Solid experience of managing development delivery in agile methodologies such as Scrum, KanbanHealthcare domain knowledge such as Medicaid and Medicare systemHealthcare compliances such as HIPAA, MARS-EProven ability to quickly learn new technologies and leverage them to execute on the use cases given to solve business problemsProven good oral and written communication Skills#exetech
