Senior Manager – Cloud Infrastructure

Location : Nariman Point, Mumbai

Job Purpose

The incumbent will play a key role in modernizing infrastructure, enhancing system reliability, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all technology operations. To lead and manage the organization’s cloud infrastructure initiatives, ensuring a secure, scalable, and efficient technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organization’s cloud infrastructure strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Drive migration projects — transitioning legacy on-premises systems to cloud-based infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Oversee deployment, automation, monitoring, and optimization of cloud environments.
• Manage and enhance disaster recovery, data backup, and business continuity frameworks.
• Collaborate with information security teams to ensure compliance with RBI / SEBI IT governance guidelines.
• Optimize infrastructure performance through capacity planning, automation, and cost management.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve system resilience and performance.
• Liaise with vendors and internal IT teams for infrastructure upgrades and service improvements.
