Job Title : SAP PM Consultant

Location : Ahmedabad – Need base, Travel

Department : IT

Reports To : SAP Head

Job Type : Full-Time -on roll

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled SAP PM Consultant to lead and support the implementation,

configuration, and enhancement of the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module. The ideal

candidate will work closely with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional

stakeholders to ensure optimal asset management, maintenance processes, and equipment

lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implementation, Configuration & Roll-out -SAP S4 HANA Projects
  • Understand the Requirement from the Business Consultant & Execute the Task
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to maintenance processes.
  • Configure and customize the SAP PM module (Preventive, Corrective, Breakdown

Maintenance, Work Orders, Notifications, etc.).

  • Manage integration with other modules (MM, PP, QM, FI / CO).
  • Support the full lifecycle of SAP PM implementations and rollouts.
  • Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and post-go-live support.
  • Prepare functional specifications for ABAP developments and enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution through incident management.
  • Collaborate with external vendors or partners if part of managed services.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and change requests in accordance with audit standards.

    • Required Skills & Experience :

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in the SAP PM module.
  • Strong functional knowledge of maintenance planning, work permits, calibration, and

    • asset structures.

  • Familiarity with PM integration to MM, PP, QM, and EAM processes.
  • Experience with SAP S / 4HANA is a strong plus.
  • Integration with other applications.
  • Understanding of Fiori apps for Plant Maintenance (optional but preferred).
  • Ability to write or review functional specs for custom reports, enhancements, and

    • interfaces.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

    • Educational Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or related field.
  • SAP Certification in PM is an advantage.
