• Develop relationships with Business leaders (Operations Finance Legal Compliance Procurement and Business Development) in order to understand business dynamics and contract particulars and the risks associated with their delivery
• Review risk management performance for the business as defined within the short medium and long term action plans.
• Implement common standards and operating policies focussing on risk and compliance within the PAM vertical
• Review existing process and where appropriate recommend and implement improvements (risk control measures) based on the understanding of the risks associated
• Sign off on any change in an existing business process from a risk angle
• Own all commercial business processes and revise as necessary
• Produce and drive an annual audit programme
• Wherever necessary support the resolution of commercial issues arising within contracts through the provision of commercial advice.
• Develop a Monthly reporting regime to the PAM Managing Director and PAM Finance Head
