Job descriptionCollaborate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, to align on project expectations. Ensure transparent communication and reporting throughout project phases. Lead, manage, and mentor multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives. Resolve conflicts and promote a collaborative, performance-driven team culture. Oversee subcontractor and supplier negotiations, contracts, and performance. Ensure all parties adhere to agreed project timelines and quality standards. Manage project budgets and P&L accountability. Identify cost optimization opportunities across the project lifecycle without compromising quality. Uphold high standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental management on all construction sites. Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations. Tackle challenges effectively with structured problem-solving approaches. Develop creative and actionable solutions to project risks and conflicts. BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Proven experience in contractor-side construction project management, specifically with large-scale super high-rise projects (preferred experience on projects taller than 50 floors). Project management expertise, with deep knowledge of planning, scheduling, and execution. Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities. Strong negotiation skills to manage contracts with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers. Analytical and critical thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
