MUFG Global Service Private Limited :

Established in 2020, MUFG Global Service Private Limited (MGS) is 100% subsidiary of MUFG having offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. MGS India has been set up as a Global Capability Centre / Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various functions such as IT, KYC / AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally. MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFG’s global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.

  • A degree in computer science is preferred.
  • 3-5+ years experience in implementing reporting and data management solutions.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel macros and MS Access.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, RPA, Python, VBA, SQL is a plus.
  • Experience in regulatory or management reporting is preferred.
  • Advantageous to have knowledge of corporate banking products, services, and systems.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret requirements and data structures for effective solution design.
  • Hands-on approach to working with complex reports and large datasets, with strategic insight for regional standardization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities concurrently.
  • Generate and distribute timely relevant reports / data across business functions and locations.
  • Collaborate with business users to define reporting requirements, including data needs, format, and frequency.
  • Conduct data quality checks and testing, including impact and gap analysis.
  • Drive process improvements in reporting to reduce risk and enhance data quality.
  • Automate standardized reports using systems and databases for efficiency.
  • Partner with IT and stakeholders to implement system enhancements and reporting solutions.
  • Deliver reporting solutions using approved technologies aligned with business goals.
