About the Role

The System Analyst acts as a bridge between business requirements and IT solutions, ensuring SCG’s systems meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements.

Translate needs into functional specifications for IT teams.

Support testing, troubleshooting, and system improvements.

Train users and provide ongoing system support.

Ensure alignment of IT solutions with SCG standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.

• 0–3 years in system analysis or business-IT coordination;

new graduates are welcome .

Knowledge of ERP or business systems is an advantage.

Strong communication and analytical skills.
