DevOps Engineer

Job Title : Senior DevOps Engineer – AWS / GCP (CI / CD, Terraform, Python)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in AWS (preferably AWS Certified Solutions Architect) and / or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and managing CI / CD pipelines , Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform / OpenTofu , and strong scripting skills in Python . Familiarity with GitLab , Chef , Auth0 , and optionally Ruby on Rails or Node.js is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS and / or GCP .
• Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines using GitLab CI / CD , integrating automated testing, security scans, and deployment workflows.
• Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform or OpenTofu .
• Write and maintain Python scripts for automation, monitoring, and tooling.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the SDLC.
• Manage and configure Git repositories and branching strategies using GitLab / Git .
• Understand and support Chef Cookbooks for configuration management.
• Configure and manage Auth0 tenants , including rules, hooks, and identity providers.
• (Optional) Contribute to backend services built in Ruby on Rails or Node.js .
