We’re building an AI evaluation platform that’s becoming indispensable for AI teams. As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll craft intuitive, high-performance user experiences and maintain the robust backend services that power them. You’ll work with React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind on the frontend, while leveraging Python, modern frameworks, and the LLM API’s on the backend to deliver cutting-edge features. You’ll help shape our architecture end to end, solving complex UI, integration, and data challenges with independence and creativity. Your work will ensure the platform is fast, accessible, scalable, and AI- powered from client to server.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can think beyond implementation details, and is eager to grow while working across the stack. You’ll collaborate closely with product and design to deliver elegant solutions, working with tools such as :
Frontend : React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, modern state management, and data visualization frameworks.
Backend : Python, FastAPI services development, Postgres, data management, AI pipeline and API integration

Role Overview
- We're seeking an Python Full Stack Developer with strong Python and Open AI API integration skills to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our product’s backend services, AI capabilities, and data management systems.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, Statistics, or a quantitative field4 years of experience in full stack product development with React frontend and Python backendStrong knowledge of FastAPI & related frameworksProficiency in modern frontend development with React (Vite, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS)Experience integrating AI services (Open AI or similar LLMs), & Google AI CloudSolid experience of RESTful API design principles and implementationStrong PostgreSQL, Psycopg2, DB async and data modelling skillsCloud deployment experience (AWS, Heroku or equivalent)Adept at using vibe coding tools while owning code quality and validating functional outcomesExperience with CI / CD pipelines for code build automationStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailA quick learner and self-starter who can operate with minimal supervisionBonus Qualifications
